Clarip is seeking a dedicated technical writer / documentation specialist to join our growing company. If you are skilled at producing useful and engaging content and documentation for the SaaS product we would like to hear from you! At Clarip you will update and manage the company’s knowledge base regularly and work with developers to create new documents as we release new features and services.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine technical information and other materials for explaining products and services
• Collaborate with team members to develop new approaches for creating more precise and engaging knowledge base articles for the company
• Develop FAQs for the products
• Help develop brand messaging for websites and reinforce the company culture
• QA content for errors
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation for APIs
• Create technical documents and other architecture diagrams that convey accurate messaging for the project

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant technical field
• 2 years of experience in technical writing or software documentation
• Hands on Experience as content writer for a SaaS product/company a plus
• Proficiency in word processor programs such as Microsoft Word and Google Docs and Adobe PDF
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Fluency in English
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
• Experience with both print and digital media format
